Ian, a seasoned professional with three decades of excellence in corporate citizenship and community investment, co-founded Dot Two Dot after highly impactful roles at AUT, Westpac, Waitakere and Auckland City Councils, United Way NZ, and Inspiring Communities. A former rock and roll dreamer turned Corporate Social Responsibility enthusiast, Ian is also an active volunteer, recognised with the prestigious Paul Harris Fellowship for community service. Beyond work, he finds joy in family, friends, gardening, and the perfect harmony of good meals and music.

Meet Tom, our Co-founder and design guru, bringing over 25 years of graphic design expertise from the UK and New Zealand. Starting in a car magazine company, he swiftly rose to studio manager and has since showcased his versatility and skill in diverse design roles. Beyond design, Tom’s impact extends as a trained youth and community worker, actively engaging with local communities, non-profits, and faith-based projects. When not bringing designs to life, he enjoys firing up the BBQ, DJing, playing football, or indulging in a game of squash with family and friends.
